The Iririki Pty Ltd Website (“the Site”) is owned and operated by Iririki Pty Ltd (“Iririki Pty Ltd”).

Agreement

Your access to the Site is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with all terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers set out below and elsewhere in the Site (“the Terms”). By accessing the Site you are agreeing to the Terms. Iririki Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the Terms at any time.

Privacy Policy

Iririki Pty Ltd respects your privacy and understands the importance of protecting the personal information you may be requested to provide Iririki Pty Ltd when you visit the Site.

The information you provide to Iririki Pty Ltd when accessing the Site and when completing the “Enquiry Form” section of the Site will be kept confidential and will only be used to assist you in making full use of the Site. Iririki Pty Ltd does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. From time to time we may provide you with information about products, services, activities or other matters which appear in or form part of the site, we may also advertise from time to time to you via email, product or services from affiliated partners of the site, unless you tell us that you do not want to receive any advertising information in the future. This option will always be supplied in each e-marketing campaign so that it is your prerogative.

The Site contains links to other websites. Iririki Pty Ltd is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

Iririki Pty Ltd reserves the right to perform statistical analysis of user activity and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the Site.

Iririki Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time. This policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal right or obligation in or on any party.

Supply

Iririki Pty Ltd makes no representation, claim or promise that any of the accommodation packages which appear in the Site are available for purchase at the time of your access to the Site. Iririki Pty Ltd cannot and will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any shortages in supply or lack of availability of accommodation which appears in the Site, and you agree that you will make no claim or demand of any nature whatsoever arising out of or related to the inability of any person associated with Iririki Pty Ltd (including any travel agent or airline in the provision of information to the Site) to supply or deliver any accommodation which appears in the Site.

Iririki Pty Ltd is an accommodation service. All accommodation and associated packages listed and displayed on this site are sold and delivered by authorised dealers of the manufacturer not Iririki Pty Ltd.

Intellectual Property

• The Iririki Pty Ltd logo is a trade mark of Iririki Pty Ltd which cannot be used without prior written permission from Iririki Pty Ltd. No other trade mark which appears in the Site may be used without the prior written permission of the owner of that trade mark.
• All information, text, image, graphics, software and advertisements contained in the Site (collectively, “material”) are protected by international and Australian laws, and all rights therein are reserved. All material is provided for your information and assistance, and you are not permitted to download any material except when reasonably necessary to access the Site. Your access to the Site is subject to the following conditions:
• you may retrieve, review or download the material only for your personal information;
  • you may save a copy of or print material from the Site for your personal information but you may not charge any fee for any use of the material and all commercial exploitation of any material (including reproducing it other than as permitted by this condition) is expressly prohibited;
  • any copyright notice or trade mark appearing on any material must be included in any copy you make of any material;
  • you cannot modify any material without the express permission of Iririki Pty Ltd; and
  • you must not use the Site or any of the material for any unlawful purpose or any purpose not specifically authorised by the Terms or in a manner which violates the rights of any other person whatsoever.

Disclaimer

Iririki Pty Ltd makes no representations about the content and suitability for any purpose of the information contained in the Site. It is provided “as is” without an express or implied warranty of any kind. Iririki Pty Ltd disclaims (to the full extent allowable by law) all warranties with regard to this information (including any advertisements), including all implied warranties as to merchantability or fitness for use. Iririki Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever including any special, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action in contract, negligence or other tort or statute arising out of or in connection with access to the Site or the use or performance of information contained in it. Neither Iririki Pty Ltd nor any of its employees participating in the provision of information to the Site warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Indemnity

Iririki Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any actions taken by you if you act in any manner which is inconsistent with the Terms. By accessing the Site you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iririki Pty Ltd, its employees and agents from and against all actions, proceedings, suits, claims and demands brought or made against Iririki Pty Ltd by any person arising from or as a consequence of such an action and from and against any damage, loss, cost or expense suffered or incurred by Iririki Pty Ltd as a direct or indirect consequence of that action.

General

Governing Law

• This agreement between you and Iririki Pty Ltd is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

Severance

• If any provision of this agreement is found to be void, unenforceable or illegal it is to be read down so as to be valid and enforceable, or if that cannot be done, the provision (or where possible the offending words) is to be severed from this agreement without affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement which will continue in full force and effect.

Sale / Promotional Prices for all Accommodation Types

• Non-Refundable
• One date change if travel restrictions in place
• Not valid with any other offer and no further discounts apply

Booking Policy

• Accommodation – payment is required upfront
• Sale / Promotions – non-refundable /no date changes are permitted
• Cancellations outside 14 days of arrival date – 100% refund
• Cancellations outside 7 days of arrival date – 50% refund
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date – 0% refund
• Please note that all refunds will incur a AU$40.00 charge back fee
• No refund is available for Christmas / New Year’s Eve bookings.
• 4 night minimum stay between 23 December to 10 January

Book Now, Pay Later

When you call Iririki Island Resort and Spa Direct on: 03) 9326 6579 you will have the ability to book now and pay later. Secure your room with a minimum 30% deposit, with the balance payable no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If a rate reduction is offered, the same terms apply as a promotion. This offer is not available for our high season.

All rates on this website are quoted in Australian dollars.

Eat & Drink Bonus Cards

• Limit 4 per family
• Card will be issued in Vatu
• All family member can use the card
• Can be purchased with new or existing accommodation.
• Cards purchased after arrival will only be redeemable at the paid value.
• Card for food & beverage purchases only
• Card not valid for Day Pass use.
• Any left-over funds cannot be refunded
• Card is valid for 12 months from arrival date.
• Cards are not valid for conferencing or group bookings
• Card issued on arrival and serial number recorded.
• Loss of card: Must be reported immediately
• Card can be reissued at a cost of $25
• Any loss of value incurred between loss and replacement of card will not be the responsibility of the resort.
